How it works
We schedule access, capture the space on site with digital measuring equipment, and deliver the result in the format you asked for. If you only need the raw floor plan, that is all you buy.
If it later turns into a permit or occupancy project, the measurement work already done carries forward. You do not pay to measure the same building twice.
For design and construction firms
If your firm has the work but not the field capacity, this service can operate as overflow support. You keep the client relationship, we handle the measuring and drafting. Scope, format and delivery standards are agreed in advance so the output drops into your process.
