Independence
First Response SA is an independent commercial permit coordination and documentation service and is not affiliated with the City of San Antonio, San Antonio Fire Department, Bexar County, or any government agency. Approval requirements vary by project and jurisdiction.
Scope of services
First Response SA provides commercial permit coordination and documentation services. We perform work that Texas law permits non-licensed persons to perform. We do not provide services that require a Texas registered architect, professional engineer, licensed fire protection professional or other licensed specialist.
Where a project requires a licensed professional, we will identify that requirement, and the client is responsible for engaging the appropriate licensed professional.
No guarantee of approval
We do not guarantee that any permit, plan review, inspection or Certificate of Occupancy will be approved, nor do we guarantee any governmental processing timeline. Those decisions and timelines belong entirely to the authority having jurisdiction.
Accuracy of information provided by clients
Our documentation depends in part on information, access and materials supplied by the client, including existing drawings, property access and descriptions of intended use. Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us can affect the resulting documentation.
