If you just got a correction notice
Send it to us. That is genuinely the fastest first step. Correction notices are written for people who work in the permit process every day, which is why they read as intimidating to everyone else.
Most of what looks alarming is procedural: a missing sheet, an unclear dimension, information that exists but is not shown where the reviewer needs to see it. Those get resolved by producing the right document, not by starting over.
Situations we see
- Corrections Required status on your submission
- Plans rejected at review
- An inspector requested changes on site
- Missing or incomplete information on the drawings
- Comments you do not understand
- A resubmittal is required and you do not know what to change
- A failed inspection that came down to a documentation problem
- A fire inspection correction that needs documentation within our scope
How we handle it
First we read what was actually written, item by item, and separate it into three groups: what we can prepare, what you or your contractor has to physically do in the space, and what requires a licensed professional.
Then we tell you which is which before you spend anything. You get a straight answer about whether this is a documentation problem or a construction problem, because those have very different costs.
What this is not
We do not certify code compliance, approve anything, or speak on behalf of any reviewing authority. We prepare documentation and help you respond. The decision always belongs to the authority having jurisdiction.
Send us any of these
PDF, JPG or PNG. A clear phone photo of a paper notice works.
- The correction notice
- The inspection report
- Email from the reviewing department
- Portal comments or screenshots
- Your existing drawings
- Photos of the space or the flagged condition
